Our products are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%, P&P costs will be discussed when an order is placed.

Every effort is made to keep prices on our website up to date, however with fluctuating pricing of precious metals we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible. You will be notified of any changes regarding prices by email/ telephone when you order and given the opportunity to cancel if you are not satisfied.

Payment details submitted after 2pm may be processed on the following working day. Working Day means all days except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. All information is stored safely in line with current Data Protection Requirements.

Postage will vary depending on the value, size and weight of your items,  once an order is placed the postage will be added to the total cost of your order. Once payment has been recieved your order will be processed and you will be given the opportunity to collect or have your item posted out to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery, a signature will be required and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to recieve the goods. We aim to deliver to you within 1-5 working days, if the item you have requested is on back order we will inform you by email of any delay. Working day means all days except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery times are approximate and subject to stock availability. Public holidays, postal strikes and adverse weather conditions may extend the delivery period and are factors out of our control.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you, if you are not satisfied with any alternative offers made, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order and recieve a full refund if your payment has already been processed.

The customer has up to seven working days after receiving an order (ordered, paid for and delivered using www.firstchoicejewellers.co.uk) to contact us at sales@firstchoicejewellers.co.uk to cancel the contract.Taking reasonable care, the items will need to be returned with the original packaging, postage for returns is at the customers cost.All monies paid for the original purchace will be refunded within 30 days or the item exchanged. Items ordered and collected can be viewed instore and will be subject to our store returns policy where we only refund for faulty items and a credit note will be offered for any unwanted products.

For purchaces recieved by post which are to be returned due to fault please email sales@firstchoicejewellers.co.uk and we can discuss your individual needs.

Jewellery items are not suitable for use in play!

Items of jewellery should not be worn for periods exceeding 24 hours. Jewellery should not be worn overnight. Earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces and accessories with decorations are not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to small parts.

D for Diamond jewellery is not suitable for initial piercing or healing period.
